Our habits control what we do and think each day and the sum of each day usually predicts your future.
Your thoughts and actions add up over weeks, months, and years and ultimately your circumstances are the result of these habits.
For example, your body is the culmination of the eating and exercise habits you’ve had over the last several years.
The same can be said for your financial situation and your social life -“ they are the grand result of your beliefs, attitudes, and actions regarding money or other people.
Regardless of your objective, you will find it difficult to be successful in different areas without habits that contribute to that success.
In the end by changing your habits, you can create the abundance you desire.

TIP # 1 – Raise your glass ceiling.
Most of us don’t realize that we have a level of abundance in our head that’s challenging for us to surpass.
I like to call this our upper limit ceiling.
We might easily be able to see ourselves earning $100,000 per year, but can’t wrap our minds around $500,000.
Sometimes these larger numbers seem impossible to reach.
- And here’s the paradox. If you don’t believe you can do it, you’ll prove yourself correct.
Work each day to raise your level of expectation.
Visualize earning more than you believe is possible.
Stick with that image until the resistance melts away.
When you can imagine it without feeling uncomfortable, you’re on the road to success.
TIP # 2 – Keep negative thoughts and emotions out of your head.
This is especially important when it comes to earning money and your lifestyle.
Always remember: you can control your thoughts.
Only you, no one else!
Negative thoughts lead to negative outcomes just like positive thoughts lead to positive outcomes.
So take a deep breath and relax.
Let go of the thoughts that aren’t helping you and get back to work.
It does require practice to stay positive but its payoff is immense.

TIP # 3 – Have a clear goal.
In order to achieve any goal, you need to know what exactly it is that you want.
If you are travelling around aimlessly throughout life without a goal chances are you will end up nowhere fast.
You need to be able to define your goal and once you know what you want you can develop a plan to achieve it.
- Make a habit of reviewing your goals daily. Set aside a few minutes twice a day to review and visualize reaching your goals.
TIP # 4 – Provide as much value as possible.
Money is a compact, tangible form of value.
Once you understand that people will spend it for things they VALUE, the next question to ask is HOW CAN YOU PROVIDE MORE VALUE TO PEOPLE?

Now I don’t want you to freak out and feel like you have to change a dozen habits at the same time.
Studies have shown that habits are best changed slowly.
Conversely, big changes are very difficult to maintain and uncomfortable to even begin.
So take the time to add a new habit into your life one at a time.
There’s no rush.
It might take weeks or even months to have a new habit fully implemented but that’s okay.
Ask yourself now: how many positive habits have you added in the last five years?
Slow results are better than none.
Another approach to take is to look at the habits that are currently limiting your abundance.
Do you have any?
Do you recognize any habits that is holding you back?
If so, do what you can to remove them from your life slowly.

Good habits are worth adding to your life and they will sustain you whether you are feeling inspired or not.
